About me
Wren Elise Fair
Senior program manager, PMP, with an MSc in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford. I align stakeholders, manage risk, and keep complex programs on schedule — from discovery through final sign-off.
I'm an emotionally intelligent corporate fixer and disciplined operator. I'm not afraid to ask questions, challenge assumptions, or offer alternative ideas on how to fix a problem. I can also quickly assess a complex process or operation and begin immediately implementing improvements.
I'm mission driven. If you hand me the responsibility of completing a critical program, my loyalty becomes to meeting the deliverables and achieving the benefits required to call the program a success for my clients. I know I've done my job when the program team starts to not need me anymore and can self-manage. That's my goal in every project.
Areas of expertise
Leadership of large matrixed and cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives, and operations process improvement. Ten years in solar and renewable energy, with construction, technology and finance programs throughout.
Outside the program
I care about an equitable transition to clean energy, and I've volunteered on solar workforce development and climate action in Austin. I'm a singer-songwriter and I play the guitar. I'm powered by coffee and curiosity, based in San Antonio, Texas, and I work remotely with clients anywhere in the world.
